This site is specifically dedicated to supporting Organizations in their efforts to provide items to their members and interested individuals.
Non-profit organizations are predominanently run by volunteers, and even those with a few full time office staff, have far more important things to do other than running an organization or association store. The time and cost as well as the technical requirements to purchase or develop and keep inventory stock on hand as well as taking orders, processing payments, shipping and record keeping to provide Organizational or Association related items, is quite burdensome and detracts from the mission of many organizations.
With a long history of supporting these groups and providing them their own stores, we have made it possible for them to better serve their membership while we partner with them as their "Stores".
This allows them to focus on what they do best, and allows us to conduct the store functions and bring much needed revenue into the organization. Your purchase of items from the organizations helps support them in their work, and provides you the quality items you choose from a professionally operated business entity with over 30 years experience serving the Emergency Services related community.
Organizations do not pay for this service, we do it in partnership to help them meet the needs of their membership. Proudly we are members of most the organizations, and have been working with some so long that we are Charter members.

Any customer ordering or providing custom-imprinted merchandise from or to Emergency Training Associates (ETA) or any of it’s divisions, represents and warrants to ETA that he or she has the unrestricted right and authority to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is applied to merchandise. Purchase of merchandise from ETA in no way, shape or form grants a customer permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant, or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to a customer.
To use any logo a customer MUST have written permission from the registered owner of the logo or trademark, or be an authorized agent or affiliate of the registered owner of the logo. A customer may NOT use any logo in a manner that may infringe copyright laws. A customer also may NOT use any logo in a vulgar, illegal, and/or unlawful manner. ETA assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the purchaser may cause using a logo. ETA shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark that is applied to merchandise purchased through ETA. ETA will also not accept responsibility or liability for the actions of clients who have misrepresented their ownership of licenses or trademarks. ETAs will reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer who has violated or otherwise infringed upon the intellectual rights of others.

Shipping Info:
UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day and Ground Service from UPS . Orders for in-stock items with Express Shipping are shipped the same day as long as the order is placed by 2pm (EST) Monday through Friday. UPS does not guarantee AM delivery to residential addresses. A $0.00 charge indicates that shipping could not be calculated for the option chosen; shipping will be added to your order.
SATURDAY DELIVERY ORDERS: All orders requesting SATURDAY delivery must be placed by phone as UPS does not offer this service in all areas.
We use United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service for domestic and international shipping. After you have selected your products and are ready for checkout, you will be presented with a number of options for shipping. Assuming that the Internet and the appropriate shipping calculations web site are available at the time of your order, your shipping costs will be calculated immediately and added to your total. If these functions are not available during checkout, your shipping costs will be totaled at the time your order is packaged. We will then attempt to e-mail you the total cost of your shipping.
Order Status
You will receive an email from UPS with a tracking # once your package has shipped.
USPS only provides a delivery email once the package has been delivered.
You may email or call us anytime at 1-800-367-0382 ext 3 to check the status of your order.
Our site is not capable of updating the Order status on the order page.
Shipping Times
Most orders are packaged and shipped within 24-72 hours.For stock items for custom items please allow 2-3 days for production. To determine when you will receive your order, you need to calculate the time for delivery based on the shipping option you chose at checkout then add one day. For example, if you select Standard UPS Ground (domestic) and the items is in stock at the time of your order, your expected shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day + 3 to 7 days shipping time. So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 4 to 8 days after you place your order.
All order placed on the weekends and Federal Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Backorders In the event that your item backorders we will attempt to contact you to notify you of this if we expect your order to be delayed by more than 2 days. If you have selected a premium service (Next Day or Second Day) you will be contacted by telephone to notify you of the situation and request direction on how you desire us to proceed
Tracking Our online shipping systems allow for online tracking / delivery confirmation provided the proper information is provided on your order form. These notoifcations will be sent via email.
Shipping Options
Priority Mail Priority Mail offers 2-day service to most domestic destinations. Items must weigh 70 pounds or less and measure 108 inches or less in combined length and girth. Standard UPS Ground Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address, urban and rural, throughout the 48 contiguous states. Please note: during checkout you will be presented with a choice of Residential Ground or Business Ground. Each has a different rate. Please choose the appropriate selection for your order. Shipping time: 3-7 business days depending on where you live and product availability.
UPS 2nd Air UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery by the end of the second business day to every address coast to coast and in Puerto Rico. An economical alternative for important shipments that are time-sensitive but don't require overnight delivery. Shipping time: dependant on product availability.
UPS Next Day Air UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We guarantee delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end-of-day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays). Shipping time: dependant on product availability.
International Services We offer several options for international (non-US) shipping of your order. Every day UPS delivers international shipments to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. Shipping time: dependant on product availability.
